Nice! I have a family “fruitcake” I make several times a year… thinking of changing the name as to not get the negative reaction to “fruitcake”! Great with espresso, sharp cheese, goat cheese!
Should the nuts and/or seeds be raw or roasted? Salted or not? I used roasted, salted seeds (sunflower and pumpkin) and left out salt because of that but it seems under-salted (but still delicious!).
Looks like a delicious project for a rainy day (or any day!). Can’t wait to try! Love the picture of the darling little baby with the mixer and, I assume, her grandpa.
Do you think that a tea loaf pan (or a short Pullman pan) would work with this recipe for making smaller “cocktail loaf” slices to serve along with cheese?
Seed + nut + fruit bread: simple + pretty + GF

Interesting! I would add some orange rind and cardamom or other spices.

Do you think wild rice would work as a seed?
I love this and am excited to try with our homegrown seeds and dried fruit!

Do you have a suggestion about replacing egg with something else to make it vegan?
Just what I was looking for! Gluten-free and loaded with seeds. 🙏🏼
Looks amazing. Thank you!
What is the calorie and nutritional value for this. Also can you post the same for all the recipes you provide?
Ooh - my kind of bread!!
And gluten free! Thank you! And enjoy being back home!
Looks delicious!
Oh wow! Making this mos def!
A delicious recipe I will try but, as I struggle to cut thin slices from dense bread, I would love to know the brand of Michael’s miracle slicer!
