One of the cookie recipes calls for egg whites. Can whole eggs be substituted? If so, what are the proportions? THe particular recipe is for 2 egg whites.

How well would these two doughs work to make a traditional chocolate vanilla pinwheel/spiral cookie (slice and bake) ?
What would I do to add orange flavor to the chocolate cookies? Just zest? Some juice? I love chocolate and orange together! Xo
