These are great suggestions for both holidays. While I’m making a grilled marinated boneless leg of lamb, plus roasted salmon, I’m enhancing the main dishes with your delicious spiced roasted carrots with the yogurt accompaniment, plus a siting salad and Melissa Clark’s mashed potato casserole. Ever since my Italian, Roman born, husband was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes I’ve been making this almond flour cake with Lakanta Monk Fruit Erythritol. As far as sweeteners go it seems to be the one that nutritionists recommend. I use 30% less than the recipes amount for sugar. I’ve played around with this cake and find that sticking to your recipe gets the best results. He loves it and it never gives his blood sugars a spite. Thank You.

Your gluten-free almond cake is so enticing! I’m going to make it for Easter. However, I need some other gluten-free cake recipes for special family needs. Have you collected gluten-free cake recipes together in your book or some other place? I’m nervous about just substituting the King Arthur 1 for 1 flour
